Strangely, what you can’t get in the R Line is our favorite engine: the naturally aspirated 300-hp, 3.6-liter VR6. The previous-generation, European-market Passat R36 was offered exclusively with that engine. <br /><br />The interior design in the Volkswagen Passat R Line hasn’t been left aside either by the car manufacturer and the cabin is now getting “Kyalami” design sports seats, titanium silver inserts on the dashboard, center console and door panels, stainless steel elements on the pedals, leather wrapped sports steering wheel and the R Line logo on the front door sill plates. <br /><br />The new Passat R-Line starts at 30,225 Euros in Germany.
