The front of the car is one of the most impressive parts with a colossal grill that pays its respect to<br />Rolls Royce history and the original car while the round doors are a tribute to the original design which has made the car unique since its build in 1935, for some it is known as “The Round Door Rolls-Royce” <br /><span class="fullpost"><br />Ugur Sahin Design (USD) was tasked by VDL Jonckheere to design a car which was a modern reinterpretation of the original vehicle. According to USD the concept was put together with the crucial idea of respect for the 77 year old design. That meant the designers were careful to retain the essence of the original, while also making sure to balance it with modern touches which bring it into the 21st century.<br /><br />Rolls-Royce Jonckheere Aerodynamic Coupe II reproduces the lines and shape of the original car, changing just a few details in order to modernise its look. A very long hood covers almost half of the car, leaving out only the rear passenger compartment and the luggage compartment’s space. The main differences are at the front, where new lights have been integrated above the wheel arches and a new large grille characterises the nose.<br /><br />A final decision on the one-off production version will be announced in the upcoming months. to respectfully reinterpret the original Rolls Royce Jonckheere Aerodynamic Coupe I, which was built in Belgium by Henri Jonckheere and his son Joseph Jonckheere in 1935. Unfortunately the "Jonckheere Works" was destroyed during WW2 and no records survived, so who commissioned or designed the original car remains a mystery. They were well known throughout Europe for making bodies on both cars and busses. The later of which is still in production today as VDL Jonckheere. UgurSahinDesign was assigned by VDL Jonckheere to honor its coachbuilding history through a reinterpretation of the original car which currently is in the possession of the California-based Peterson Museum.</i><br /><i><br /></i> <i>For us, the original car represents the timeless aspects of automotive art and its impact it can have on a person even after 77 years. The new design was carefully put together with a very crucial thing in mind; "Respect". It is challenging to re-interpret something from that past which has a very imposing and impressive character like the original car, into a modern shape without losing its core essence. Many things like the proportions and lines, the impression some shapes give, are very essential to re-capture in the new design. It will give the vehicle the ability to accelerate from 0 to 100km/h (62mph) in only 4,9 seconds. Other technical improvements are the suspensions adjustment and the optimization of the exhaust and suction system.<br /><span class="fullpost"><br />The Rolls-Royce Ghost Diva powered by a 6.6 liter twin-turbo V12 engine that delivers 563bhp and 780 NM of torque (most powerful car that Rolls-Royce Motor Cars has ever produced). This power is enough to sprint the car from 0 to 60 mph in 4.7 seconds and to hit a top speed electronically limited to 155 mph.<br /><br />Their program is called "Diva" and will be available in three colors: navy, bronze, and white (with 24k gold flakes). Thanks to an important internal and external restyling, the 'Diva' adds a touch of Italian elegance and style, together with technical and performance improvements, able to make this car a true masterpiece with a strong personality.<br /><br /><br />To begin with the exterior, 'Diva' is proposed in three elegant versions with a bi?colour livery: from the classic blue navy, to the delicious bronze and the luxury limited edition white golden pearlescent varnishing that includes particles in 24K gold. For the navy?blue version, the bonnet and<br />fender are in white golden pearlescent varnishing and chromed frontal grid; while for the white version the bonnet, fender and grid are in 24K gold. For the bronze version, instead, three<br />combinations are available: bonnet, fender and grid in 24K gold, or bonnet and fender in white golden pearlescent varnishing and grid in 24K gold or chromed bronze grid.<br /><br /><br />Inside the console design has been maintained, but a few enhancements are provided, which due to the use of fine materials, make 'Diva' the most exclusive car available on the market. A unique overall concept with exclusive features emerges.<br /><br />Sophisticated elegance characterises the White Ghost's Limited image. The name ties into the theme here: MANSORY wraps the Rolls-Royce's silhouette in a subtle white hue. It accents the car's body style as well as its understated upgrades in an optimal and stylish manner. The new front-end featuring additional LED daytime running lights and vertical air outlets on the sides, directly beneath the serial cooling grill are distinct eye-catchers. This is in perfect harmony with MANSORY's side skirts, the rear view mirrors on each side, the rear spoiler as well as the rear apron with implied diffuser and dual sport-exhaust-system.<br /><br />The sportiness implied by the exterior-kit is also emphasised under its long hood. The optimised engine map as well as the dual sports exhaust system enhances the Rolls-Royce's performance significantly. Instead of the standard 570 PS (420 kW) MANSORY's upgraded White Ghost Limited series now features a powerful 638 PS (469 kW) at 5700 revolutions per minute (RPM). The engineers in the Bavarian city of Brand near Bayreuth enhanced the maximum torque from 780 to an amazing 860 Newton metre. This enables the engine to accelerate the 2360 kilogram vehicle from 0 to 100 km/h in only 4,5 seconds and therewith saves 0,4 seconds in comparison to the serial version. Thanks to the revoked speed limit, acceleration is no longer limited to 250, but rather to 290 km/h.<br /><br />Upon improved performance the wheel dimensions have also grown. MANSORY created a new design especially for the White Ghost Limited. Its innovative configuration harmonises perfectly with the design of White Ghost Limited. The massive compact wheels with a diamond-polished surface measure an impressive 22 inches. The 9 inch front axle wheels are equipped with 265/35 Dunlop SP SportMaxx high-performance tyres, while the rear axle features 10.5 inch wheels with a tyre size of 295/30.<br />In cohesion with the exquisite exterior upgrades, the interior is an oasis of luxury.
